Each programme includes personalised coaching, weekly check-ins, Zoom calls for accountability, direct access to me via WhatsApp and full access to the app, where you’ll find your workouts, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and extra guides.
The flexibility programme runs for either three or six months, depending on your goals. The FLEXFORM fitness programme runs for six to twelve months to ensure your results are sustainable and long-term.
You do not need a gym membership, but if you are doing home workouts you will require dumbbells. Your plan will be tailored to whether you have access to a gym or home equipment.
Everything is done online through my app. You’ll get a clear plan to follow, video demonstrations, progress tracking tools, and weekly Zoom calls to keep you on track and supported.
Absolutely. Every plan is built around your current level, you’ll progress at your own pace, and I’ll adjust things as you improve. Many of my clients started exactly where you are now.
